The discipline became widespread internationally in the twentieth century, when Muay Thai practitioners defeated notable practitioners of other martial arts. Whether you want to get in the best shape of your life or are looking to compete in the ring, Sitan Gym's Muay Thai classes can get you there. We have three levels of classes that fit everyone's needs, from the total beginners and weekend warriors to competitive amateur and professional fighters.


Taekwondo is known for its emphasis on high fast and explosive kicking techniques. The emphasis on kicks distinguishes Olympic Taekwondo from other popular martial arts and combat sports such as karate.
