Also known as "the art of eight limbs" Muay Thai includes the use of fists, elbows, knees, and feet. The discipline became widespread internationally in the twentieth century, when Muay Thai practitioners defeated notable practitioners of other martial arts. Whether you want to get in the best shape of your life or are looking to compete in the ring, Sitan Gym's Muay Thai classes can get you there. We have three levels of classes that fit everyone's needs, from the total beginners and weekend warriors to competitive amateur and professional fighters.

Kid's Thai boxing

Kid's thai boxing classes are a great way to instill lasting confidence and athleticism in young children. Many of our young students see a great change in their individuality, discipline and confidence. Kid's thai boxing is a safe, fun way to introduce young children into the world of martial arts. Above all else, our classes are focused on teaching proper technique. Students do not need any athletic or martial arts experience to start. We work with students of all fitness types and backgrounds in a fun and safe environment.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

Our exclusive strength and conditioning classes is taught by a certified coach that brings you the latest and most efficient exercises to improve your health in all aspect. We take into account what is needed to build the core foundation of an athlete and what is needed to improve physical performance which includes but not limited to plyometrics, speed and agility, endurance and core stability.

Fitness Kickboxing

Sitan has officially decided to add an extra intense calorie burning class to our schedule! After getting some feedback from our students, we have decided what better way to burn calories than some kickboxing taught by our very own coach Jessica! Kickboxing is a group of stand-up combat sports based on kicking and punching, historically developed from karate, Muay Thai, Taekwondo and Western boxing. The class will guarantee to keep your heart rate up while having massive amount of fun! Shred those excess pounds, look and feel great while you kick and punch to a new and better you!
